Fairly clean hotel with perfect and nice location in Sunny Beach short walk to the town centre, many supermarkets & local eateries, and the beach and lots of restaurants. Fully-equipped, brand-new room with a private bathroom and a hairdryer, toiletries and bath sheets.

location: the hotel was right by quiet residential area, the town centre and a desert of uninspired hotels. our room with a beautiful view was fully-equipped and brand-new.

I was horrified by the state of the kitchen-no pots, no pans, just a microwave mocking our culinary aspirations. And the security guards? Wow, so rude, you'd think we woudl be treated better for the price we paid. I almost gave a good review, but no complimentary wine or anything? How generous!

The Beautiful Two-Bedroom Apartment features spacious living areas, perfect for family gatherings. The array of pools adds a nice splash for relaxation after a day out.

The kitchen was missing essential cookware. Dealt with a persistent food smell from neighboring apartments, less than enjoyable. The pool water felt cold, pushing me only to use it once . No free parking was available, and while there are paid spots, they aren't guaranteed. The balcony had one broken chair, which dampened the outdoor experience even further.

Beautiful room, fabulous location, with free wi-fi in rooms and a seasonal outdoor pool that added to our relaxation after a day out exploring the nearby attractions.

The location is fabulous, just 300 meters from the beach, and the hotel is beautifully designed with a lovely jungle-like garden. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Proper lovely place, that garden's like a right jungle and the pool is a treat! The cocktail bar sorted us with great drinks. Only downside, a bit pricey for grub round 'ere. Still, I'll be back for sure!

I loved the beautiful design and the magical jungle-like garden at the resort. The spacious rooms added to our comfort, and the friendly reception staff made the check-in process effortless. I was disappointed that some activities come with an extra charge.

The spa was clean, attractive, and had everything I needed. the staff, especially Mr Ardjan, were kind and helpful. the security guy and reception lady, Anna, were polite and helpful. Wi-Fi was available everywhere, and there were plenty of activities within the resort.

Felt like they were family, always willing to go the extra mile.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a special area, just next door to the beach and restaurants. Every staff member was flexible and really helpful. - the food was tasty with a great selection of alternatives. - the location of the property was quiet, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Action Aquapark.
